Who is Buckskin Bill?

Buckskin Bill is a kind-hearted outdoorsman who’s seen his share of skunks and bears, set more camps than he can recall, and has been building fires his whole life. He’s more at home in the woods than he is at “home.” Bill is the last of his kind, and in his eyes you can see clear from the deep woods all the way to the mountains.

Bill has spent a lifetime fishing, camping, and gathering knowledge along the way. His philosophy of “Simple is best, and the more ya know, the less ya carry…” shines through in everything he does — from his clothing and gear choices to the way he works around camp.

Buckskin Bill is the official narrator and campfire philosopher of Moccasin Outdoors. He’s my alter ego, my inner monologue in buckskin form, and the friendly voice reminding folks to slow down.
